Roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise mineral extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat is skimmed off of the top. It is gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile. Where does Beef Bone Broth come from? All beef bones utilised for our beef bone broths are derived solely from Australian grass-fed cattle. Our broth also contains a small amount of beef broth concentrate that is made from New Zealand grass-fed cattle and Australian grass-fed cattle. Are the cattle grass-fed?  If there’s one thing we are passionate about here at Nutra Organics, aside from food of course, it’s animals and their welfare. Although our cattle are grass-fed, in the interest of full disclosure there are times when environmental factors, such as severe drought here in Australia that our cattle’s diets are supplemented with wholesome non-gmo grain fodder (hay or straw) to ensure their survival. However, please be assured that if grass is available to be eaten, they are exclusively eating it. Why is turmeric so good?
