Also aids in the treatment of acetonaemia (ketosis) in cattle and pregnancy toxaemia in sheep. iO K-Dex Energy can be drenched or used on feed with simple dosing options available. Made in Australia. Active Constituent: 1000ml/L Propylene Glycol. A clear, colourless liquid, Propylene Glycol is indicated as an aid in the treatment of acetonaemia (ketosis) of cattle. Propylene glycol acts as a glucose precursor, triggering the production of more glucose from the liver. This will help elevate blood glucose level, assist removal of ketones and accelerate general metabolic function. DOSAGE INFO: CATTLE: 240mL morning and evening for 2 days. For next 2 days, reduce to 120mL morning and evening. SHEEP: 125mL daily. Treatment can be given for up to 10 days. NIL Withholding period.
